Interview
For me, the interviewer started off by describing the duty and responsibility of the position I applied for. He then asked about my background both in school and out school in that specific field. After he finished main points, he then went through my resume. This is phone interview, and it's just about 30 minutes.

The interviewer did not actually ask me deeply in technical questions. Instead, he asked me in overall of what I have learned in this/that subject which will be used in the position I applied for. I think this is the main and most important question you should be best prepared to present yourself.

(This is to check the communication skill) 3 Operations Manager Interview -1 Candidates who clear the ‘Tele interview’ will be scheduled for this round. 4 Operations Manager Interview - 2 (Sr. Manager) Candidates who clear the ‘operations manager interview 1’ will be scheduled for this round. 5 HR Manager Interview Candidates who clear the ‘operations manager interview 2’ will be scheduled for this round.
