The interview lasted 30 minutes and was primarily behavioral questions. I would definitely go through your resume and make sure that you know it well, as they will probably ask you to walk through it with them.

1 phone interview and 2 zoom interviews. Was all within a week or two. Asked mostly basic behavioral questions, and also about how I’ve utilized Excel in projects and school work.

It was a very long interview process and if spanned across 2 months long. In my opinion it should really only have been a couple interviews before they made their decision. Ryan LLC is very tedious who they pick though.

Very well organized; efficient and respectful; open-minded. The interviewer was seeking to understand me as a potential firm "asset" and there was a lot of positivity coming into and out of the company
