Interview
At first there is a resume round where they screen resume based on their requirements. After which the HR manager conducts the HR round of interview on the telephone and asks questions about the resume including education and past experience. If selected candidate is invited for a Face to Face interview at their office which takes about two hours and 30 minutes
Interview process was very unprofessional. Had a phone screen was emailed to set up a second in person interview and the recruiter then ignored all my emails. Minimum wage jobs I worked in college were more professional than this.

Basic interview process. Easy phone call and interview with HR. Brought in for a round of interviews with management. No diversity whatsoever. If you dont look like them you wont be taken seriously.
