I applied online. I interviewed at Rutgers University
Interview
It is a kind of scholarships. So the hiring process is similar to the recruiting process of graduate school. You submit your CV, personal statement, transcripts (including GRE) etc. The committee members of the department will review your applications. Interview is usually optional. Rutgers does not give interview when recruiting graduate students.

I interviewed at Rutgers University (New Brunswick, NJ)
Interview
It was a smooth process, did not experience many issues. People were nice and straightforward, may depend on which department however. Did not need to prep as much as I did.
Good interview, start with a call and let you know what the course will be look like. Good Team really nice. The processes are detailed and easy to understand. After the call you already know this position is ok
I have two round interviews. The process was normal. Have a phone interview and video interview. I have got Average question, and average vibe. The whole process was normal not very hard
