It was smooth and fast, The interviewer did a great job introducing Rustan's vibe through who she handled me, The interview started on time and ended on a good note.
The interview process was quite tedious since you have to pass numerous ones (HR to direct manager to division manager to HR again for the benefits). I believe the entire process took one month because of this.

3 interviews with one exam. The first interview is with HR, the second is with merchandise manager, and the last with division manager.
I found that they tend to repeat interview questions so what was asked in the first interview would be asked again in the second or third interview.
