I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Russell Tobin
Interview
- I was contacted by an internal recruiter via LinkedIn. I responded to her message on a Friday and scheduled an initial 30 minute phone screen with her for the following Monday.
- After the phone screen, I was scheduled for an in-person interview on Wednesday. I met met with my team manager for about 45 minutes, then a director for about 15 minutes.
- I received a call from Talent Acquisition about 30 minutes after my interview and received an offer.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Russell Tobin
Interview
3-4 Interviews (I don't really remember.) It was an initial phone screen with someone from the Talent Acquisition team at Russell Tobin, then 2 video call interviews with my higher ups on the team I would be working on, and lastly an onsite interview with people from the office.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Russell Tobin in Oct 2021
Interview
I had four different interviews with people for an Associate Recruiter position. After completing the final interview, I was never contacted again despite reaching out. This was surprising due to the amount of time I spent interviewing and the fact they verbalized that I'd be a great fit.
In general, it was a great experience until the end when they chose to be unprofessional and never respond to an e-mail back or notify the applicants.
