      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Rupeek (Bengaluru) in Jul 2024

      Interview

I recently went through a four-round interview process for an Android Developer position. Here's a detailed breakdown of the experience: Online Test (90 minutes): The process began with an online coding test consisting of three questions. The difficulty level ranged from easy to medium, and I had 90 minutes to complete them. The questions primarily focused on data structures and algorithms. First Technical Round (60 minutes): This round was focused on Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA). The interviewer asked a series of easy to medium level questions, which required a solid understanding of core concepts. The round lasted for 60 minutes. Second Technical Round (60 minutes): The second technical round was centered on Android development. The questions were of medium difficulty, covering various aspects of Android app development, including architecture, design patterns, and coding practices. This round also lasted for 60 minutes. Managerial Round (30 minutes): The final round was a managerial round, which was more of a behavioral interview. It focused on assessing my problem-solving approach, communication skills, and how I handle real-world challenges in a team setting. This round lasted for 30 minutes. Outcome: After the managerial round, I was informed by the HR team that I was not selected for the position. The feedback indicated that the decision was based on my performance in the managerial round.
