Runnit interview questions

Don’t bother applying for anything other than a sales job. I applied for a corporate trainer position and was contacted to set up an interview less than a week later. I was told the CEO would be interviewing me. When I arrived someone else , not the CEO, talked to me. He told me about the sales positions. When I said I thought I was interviewing for a trainer job he said everyone starts in sales. I stopped the interview at that point. I believe the job postings for anything other than sales with this company are misleading.

All in all very behavioral based. Expect to be assessed in excellent communication, personality, and ability to be teachable. The team is full of very nice people who generally adapt to many situations.
