Interview
Probably, one of the worst interview experiences I have ever faced. The whole process took almost 2 weeks. There were total 3 rounds. First two rounds were technical and last round was managerial. Interviewees were very knowledgeable and cooperative. I had performed very well in all the rounds. The feedback from interviewees was also good. As I also liked the company vision and work, I was looking forward to the opportunity. But, post the last round, they rejected my application based on my background. I would suggest them to review backgrounds of candidates even before scheduling interviews as I was repeating my background in each session. So, they could’ve rejected me even before. I feel all those 1-2 hours per interview session did not make any sense.
