Okay, had to present a product using a prompt and had to do a quiz on the shop, so google that and then had to do a one to one interview, management were quite strict about holidays though which let me down
I applied online. The process took 6 months. I interviewed at Royal Household in Feb 2023
Interview
Group Interview in shop floor on different shopper scenarios and upselling different products, and then doing a presentation in front of everyone. Later 1:1 interviews were conducted with current senior staff.
