I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Roy Hill (Perth, Western Australia)
Interview
Applied and received an automated rejection email weeks later. About 2 months later I was contacted out of the blue by a recruiter asking if I was still interested in the role. I agreed to an interview. It became obvious the hiring manager was uninterested in being there, and had to be reminded by the internal recruiter to pay attention and stop checking their laptop emails. It became apparent I was there to tick a box. The interview itself had someone interesting technical questions, but I would not work for this company based on the experience.

Interview
It was minimal. Being a woman it made it easy to secure a placement. I heard about Roy Hill wanting more women leaders as the Chairman of the company is a woman

Interview
Applied through the Roy Hill website for an open position, got a follow up call approx a week later stating they had filled the roll but would I interview for a different position that was coming up.
They had my CV & cover letter etc with all my experience.
Attended the interview and felt it went well. There was a good vibe and connection.
Waited 3 weeks for a call back only to be told I didn’t have the number of years experience they were looking for (they were excessive 10+ years for a non-senior role).
Disappointing when they had the exact details of my experience and they were the ones to instigate the interview.
