Roy Hill interview questions

It was minimal. Being a woman it made it easy to secure a placement. I heard about Roy Hill wanting more women leaders as the Chairman of the company is a woman

Applied through the Roy Hill website for an open position, got a follow up call approx a week later stating they had filled the roll but would I interview for a different position that was coming up. They had my CV & cover letter etc with all my experience. Attended the interview and felt it went well. There was a good vibe and connection. Waited 3 weeks for a call back only to be told I didn’t have the number of years experience they were looking for (they were excessive 10+ years for a non-senior role). Disappointing when they had the exact details of my experience and they were the ones to instigate the interview.
