Question 1
I don't think I was asked anything particularly difficult or unexpected, it was pretty standard and easy to prepare for as far as I can remember.

Interview
Three back to back interviews were conducted, with each one getting harder as you go on. They asked mainly behavioral questions. It was conducted by people in different areas of the company from sales engineer to senior engineer. After the interviews there is a tour of the office.
