      Quality Assurance Interview

      8 Jul 2017
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Spokane, WA
      No offer
      Neutral experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Rover.com (Spokane, WA) in May 2017

      Interview

Emailed resume and cover letter, emailed back to answer further questions, phone interview. Then 3 back to back 30 minute interviews with a different Rover.com employee. Persons 1 and 2 asked me the exact same questions in the exact same order I had already answered in the email prior. The wording was even the same. It wasn't like a question was similar but changed up. Nope. I felt a bit mad repeating myself over and over. I'm unclear if it was poor planning on someone or my application wasn't really read. It didn't seem like a chance for them to learn anything new. They each asked the same "fun and spontaneous" question: if you were in a band what would you play and what would you sound like.
