Route4Me interview questions

They hire via an outstaffed recruiting firm. The team is Russian-speaking even for an English language posiition. The interrviews were pleasant. The test task was interesting, moderately challenging, and satisfying. Decision-making was very slow (as in 3-4 months). They hire on freelance contract basis. The final contract did not include most of the amounts and terms the original offer from the recruiter included. They would include it in some additional agreements they claim. Overall mixed feelings after the interview.
