I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Rosendin (Hillsboro, OR) in Apr 2018
Interview
The interview process started with a few phone calls, then on to a "face to face" where I was flown up to meet the team. I met with all pertinent management for the project , at the main office. The team was very inviting , personable and respectful. They were very informative in their answers and by their questions , it was clear to me of what they were looking for in a Project Manager. I thoroughly enjoyed our meeting, I left with the idea that working with this team and Rosendin company overall, would be a very smart move in my career.

Interview
Initial recruiter phone call - they were kind and shared a bit about the company itself, what they do and what their looking for. Then asked about what I was interested in and what kind of projects have I worked on that related to the position. They asked why I was looking for a change and what it was about Rosendin that interested me to apply. The last question they ask is salary expectations and I always counter that question with what's they range they were offering and they were happy to share that. Unfortunately the range they were offering was below my expectations so I had to pass and did not move on.

Interview
The interview process is very professional and stress free. It started with a short phone call a few weeks after I submitted my resume. I was told they would give me a call back for a second interview. I received a phone call from their HR department. They informed me that I had been selected for a face to face interview. Rosendin flew me up to Oregon to meet with some executive/managers for a final interview. Overall the interview experience was amazing and I would strongly recommend applying if you have the skills or experience they are looking for.
