There was an initial phone screening with a talent acquisition specialist, followed by 3 back-to-back virtual interviews with the PR team in a single day. I then had to meet with the Director and CMO in the weeks after and send writing samples as well, which I did not even receive feedback on after requesting this. After my final interview with the CMO, I did not hear back for 2 weeks until I followed up, only to learn that they were moving forward with other candidates. It's completely unprofessional to ghost like that, especially after making someone go through SIX interviews over the course of 2 months. A complete waste of time.
