Multi step, very difficult and it took 3 interviews with 3 managers. They went through every line on my resume and asked in depth questions. They wanted to be sure that I had a collaborative nature.

The interview took place over the phone, and i was asked questions like "overcoming adversity" and just sharing a little bit of myself. Be prepared have the interview take about 45 minutes long.

Very long 8+.. Phone interview first then took another week to schedule the in person interview then test then never heard from them again. They should really try to get back to people even if they don't get the job.. The staff members were very nice.
