Had an initial screening call where the recruiter and I walked through the resume in general terms and discussed the generalities of the position. I was then offered a chance to interview in person. The process to actually confirm an interview time and date was a little longer than usual, given that the in person interview involved five people. I then interviewed in two back to back sessions, first with management, then with employees within the department.
