Horrendous Treatment of Prospective Employees-Wasted $30-$40 in gas and five hours on the road for no interview. I was given only one of two interview time slots three days in advance. I departed 45 minutes early on the day of the interview for a 2 hour and 15 minutes drive from Columbus to Kennesaw. I explained my commute considerations to them in advance. Traffic gradually became worse. I messaged an admin 30 minutes before the interview start time of the possibility of being late. An hour's worth of traffic caused me to be only 9 minutes late. They refused to proceed with the interview upon my arrival. The person turning me away attempted to chastise me with an analogy of what a Judge would do if I arrived late to court. She seemed unaware that judges and opposing counsel are usually informed of such delays before the start times of hearings and extend such courtesies to delay hearings all of the time. This company will jeopardize its reputation in the business and legal community in the long run if it continues to adhere to such stringent policies with no consideration given to its employees.
