It was a one on one interview with the department Manager. You give a more in depth review of your resume. You may be offered other positions than that which you applied for if you have the skills. Was also given a tour of the premises.

Interview
Applied online and heard from HR in one week. my first interview interesting I and another candidate interview at the same time, The HR rep was overly interested in if the other candidate had proper traveling method to get to work. it lasted only 20mins. The first candidate knew the receptionist they were friends I was happy to be invited to the second interview. The second interview 6 candidates were interviewed at the same time by a panel of 3 HR reps. Some of the questions were standard but many of the HR staff clearly partially from the beginning and the interview process was something that they are required to do.
