Years ago when I was interviewed, it was easy because I was able to do the interview with the founder of the company, Gabby. Now, I am not sure who does the interview and how long it would take. Some of the people I know have moved up the ladder while others left the company.

Question 1
I gave my resume and she looked at it. Her questions were according to my resume. I was hired right there.
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Roman Empire Agency in Jan 2020
Interview
The interview was very friendly and several sections on behavioral health were asked. Many of the questions were scenario based, and every scenario measured each applicant's ability. It was a one-on-one interview which was more interactive.
