3 stage process Starting with introductio, moved to the technicals and the last part was the behavioural. Everyone was good, kind and polite. No stress no tricky questions. In general I have a very good experience from rolls royce interview process

Around engineering and Fluid mechanics, Aircraft mechanicas. TO the point.
Overall pretty laid back, quick 30 minute phone screen and then an hour long interview with a hiring manager and a couple engineers. Mostly behavioral questions with a few very basic technical questions at the end.

it's very formal, they are looking for innovative thinkers so problem solving and memory are tools you should have in the butt load before even considering your chances of being accepted
