Very quick and friendly process. The process included an online application, online tests, competency interview, presentation on why Rolls Royce should employ you, technical interview, group exercise, numerical test. and we have to prepare for presentation we had about 10 day to prepare, staff were really friendly, Group exercise was a bit difficult and includes challenging questions.
