      I interviewed at Rolls-Royce in Mar 2013

      Interview

      I started with a written case study - you are given 20 mins to answer a question. Then you are given 20 mins to read about 40 pages of a fictive situation and discuss for half an hour with one of the assessors possible solutions and challenges of the company's situation. You also have to take the numerical test but this time it's on a hard-copy and not online, which is not user friendly at all - but I only answered 25 questions and I passed it. Lastly I had a self-presentation and a 1:1 interview.
