I had numerous initial phone discussions with R2 recruitment which were very general and - I finally asked to have a phone interview with the CTO of R2 group. Apparently, the CTO did not call and it took Rolls Royce a week to inform me about the reasons: they are not sure of what they are looking for and as a result, they did not call! Unfortunately, after seen how poorly they behave, I have removed myself from the process.
