I applied online. I interviewed at Rolls-Royce (Birmingham, England) in Feb 2017
Interview
I have applied on RR website. After this first step, they asked me to do some tests on-line. The result was positive, then they asked me to go to Derby for the assessment center. During the assessment I have repeated the language test that I already had on-line. Then, I had an interview to present myself to the interviewer, that was very kind with me. After the lunch, with the other guys that were there we had a teamwork exercise. Then, I had my technical interview. It was a very long day, but a wonderful experience.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Are you flexible? Tell me about a time in which you had to be flexible in your past.
The interview was tough, will ask 3-4 different scenarios and react on the spot, the tough part is getting to impress the interviewer. Do your prep, stay calm and just do without expectation i guess.
I applied online. I interviewed at Rolls-Royce (Indianapolis, IN) in Oct 2024
Interview
They set up a 30-minute call and asked behavioral questions, stating that they would write your answers and send them to a hiring manager. They did not have much information about the job itself as the person conducting the interview was mainly just a hiring interviewer.

Question 1
Describe a time when had a sudden change in plans and how you combat that
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Rolls-Royce (Chichester, England) in Dec 2023
Interview
First I submitted my application, completed the assessments, and then did a video interview. Both the tests and the interview were timed and I consider this added a lot of pressure.
