The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Rolls-Royce (Bristol, England) in Dec 2024
Interview
The interview process consisted of writing 3 mini essays roughly 300 words long answering 3 questions. Then there was an online personality test, logical thinking test, and a text response test. Afterwards, there is an assessment centre where you have to prepare a presentation and answer questions on it. Then an hour talking interview where they have given you the questions beforehand so you have time to prepare. Then there is a final task of presenting your opinion on a decision based on documents you are given.
