Interview
The owner interviewed me pretty quickly and gave me a tour of the restaurant. It took about 30 minutes, and at the end, we scheduled a date for me to come back for onboarding.
The interview process was pretty simple. They asked if you have any serving or customer service experience. They also ask about your knowledge of fine dining and Brazilian cuisine. Be prepared to know different cuts of steaks, different wine pairings, and how you would respond in situations with difficult customers.

Name a time you had a conflict with a customer and how it was resolved.
Easy. Managers were nice and friendly. Honest about the busy seasons and gave a rough estimate of the hourly rate. Notified me of the general work age amongst the restaurant.
