A typical employer that couldn't care less about people. They simply ignore you and can't even say "no" in a proper manner. I wouldn't even consider engaging with such a company as a client if they choose the path of ignoring and silence. Nothing new or interesting. Despite this, the interview was pleasant, and the woman described the position in a very engaging way. But the ghosting ruined it all.
