HR Emailed to confirm the first telephonic discussion but on the day of interview, no response or any call from the HR. Upon contacting the HR for a reason, was simply ghosted. Not even a rejection or apology. This does not give a very positive perception about the company or its working.

Interview
Initial Interview to align the role with expectations followed by another interview to assess technical knowhow. The interview was fairly straightforward, half an hour in total. First they begin by defining the role and the missions they are working on and then the interview shifts to discussing the applicants skills.

What is the one advance in technology that happened in the last 10 or so years that allowed companies with small spacecraft operations teams to be able to control a large number of spacecraft simultaneously?

Nice and smooth with take home assignment. Complete the assignment and you are good. In final round you will meet with team there you can decide if you are comfortable or not.
