I would love to describe the interview process, but I would not know since the recruiter from Rocket Lab never actually called on the time and day I scheduled my phone interview. Emailed 5 minutes into the interview saying I was awaiting their call, and even after the time frame had passed, emailed again with no response at all. Very unprofessional, honestly, and in no way how any company should conduct interviews with people who are truly interested in joining the company.
