I interviewed for an administrative role here and was ultimately hired. Compared to other employers, the interview process was very easy: 1 call with HR, 1 in person interview with hiring manager, and brief chats with more senior people in the department which felt more like a courtesy than an actual assessment of my ability to do the job. I was interviewed and had an offer in probably about 2 weeks. I did not need to do a project or presentation.
