I interviewed over the phone with an HR professional. The interview was a mix of questions about my qualifications, experience, education, and interest in a long-term career. The interviewer was very warm and friendly. It was reasonably thorough and took about 45 minutes to an hour to complete. After the end of the interview I was asked to submit contact information for 3 professional references. I was told that the hiring process could go quite quickly or take many weeks. The HR person spoke with all 3 of my references. I was offered the position 3 days later.
