Applied on the Robinhood careers website.
Was contacted by recruiter in a couple of days. The recruiter screen call was very informative both sides, recruiter gathered all details about salary expectations, job experience, interests, what I’m looking for etc. and provided very good detailed explanation of what to expect and scheduled a separate prep call.
Phone Interview was a System Design Architecture round.
I was given detailed feedback from the phone interview and was handed over to a second recruiter.
Onsite had 3 rounds coding, system design and project deep dive.
I loved working with both the recruiters and it was honestly one of the best interviewing experiences I ever had.

Started wth a Recruiter call for experience and expectations check , then two rounds of system design ( one general And ones related to the fin tech industry), one general coding interview, project deep dive, team matching interviews with hiring managers. Overall it was mostly aligned with industry standards
Phone interview, followed by Onsite invitation but the position got filled before i could get it scheduled! I had positive feeling from the interviewer but sadly couldn't reach the end

The recruiter screen was smooth and professional. I moved through the initial step quickly, but shortly afterward I was informed that the position had already been filled. While disappointing, the turnaround time was fast and the communication was clear, which I appreciated.
