First round was a general phone conversation with a recruiter. Second round was a "case study" type phone call with someone holding a position similar to that I applied to. Third round was a ~45 minute presentation of a research project I had previously conducted. I had my video on and almost all Robinhood attendees had theirs off, which I didn't love. I heard back after the research presentation that I would not be moving on to the next round (more individual interviews). I had presented a collaborative project and spoke of "we" throughout, which I later regretted given that part of the feedback I got seemed to be that I wasn't viewed as independent enough of a researcher. I would recommend treating it like a dissertation, where even if you have collaborators, you say "I" throughout your presentation. Then they can ask more specific questions about your role at each stage of research.
