A former colleague recommended me for the Data Scientist position at Robinhood, which led to an initial phone screen. The technical round was intense, featuring a challenging SQL question about user trading volume and a design question for an A/B test. The overall experience was tough but rewarding, and I was thrilled to join the team.

A recruiter reached out, had a recruiter call, then was directed to complete a timed assessment within 2 weeks. 3 hour time limit. Completed the assessment, then got a rejection email saying they don't give feedback. If I would have known that beforehand I wouldn't have bothered. Company seems to be headed downhill anyway. Stay away imo.
