I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Robert Half (Seattle, WA) in Mar 2015
Interview
Three in-person rounds (usually two, though I met with the Regional VP because she was in town). Also took a personality profile test - I'm sure to gauge for sales. I was an employee referral - many hires are, including candidates interviewed whom the staff member sees as a strong candidate.
Long but good conversations and engaging. You spoke with about 5 people from different teams. Felt a bit repetitive considering they asked the same questions. Asked about background, motivations, long term career, etc.
Multiple interview process, allows for shadowing on calls during process, fair representation of the day to day work, level set expectations. I met with VP level employees during interview process
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Robert Half (Dallas, TX) in Nov 2020
Interview
1) Phone Screen with Director
2) Video Interview with Director
3) Video Interview with Division Director
4) Video Interview with Team Members and shadow session which was like a virtual bullpen to listen in on others making calls
