I applied through the RFK website, HR scheduled a 45 mins phone screening, which I thought was a standard thing before moving to the next stage. But after that I was just ghosted, I followed up with HR but they didn't even bother to reply.

Phone interview. Very standard. Asked about seven questions. It almost felt like a robot was interviewing me, which shows how impersonal it was, especially since it was over the phone.
