Interview
There were three rounds face to face.
1. First round technical on C++ , design patterns, multi readings , data structures, OS related questions
2. More on agile process. Product design new innovative ideas .
3. Manger round questions on project
Starts with Introduction then Technical with Tool test and Technical / customer discussion finally HR round. All the rounds are equally important and technical expertise is much expected in the field opted. Tool test is to validate the approach.

Interview went well and they agreed on the CTC during interview and before releasing the offer letter, but they sent the offer letter with lower CTC. At no point they negotiated the compensation. Feels like a waste of time.

Interview
It is good with good amount of questions majorly asked on Embedded programming and other basics on Mechanical and Tech specifications. Overall the interiview went well and everything is smooth.
