There was a phone interview, then the in-person interview. I was asked to come in again to meet with their consultant for a 3rd interview. The 4th time they asked me to come in, I was told I would be meeting their CEO and the staff and thought it was going to be a job offer but apparently it was a 4th interview. I emailed them after the 4th meeting and they said they hadn't made a decision yet but would keep me updated. They have since ghosted me and never informed me of their decision of which I found very rude and unprofessional. I don't know if I would interview with them again after my experience. I think after four interviews, you deserve to know either way.
