Interview process was ok. They have some odd hard requirements when it comes to job offers but otherwise nothing out of the ordinary outside of that. Pretty much what you would expect from an SMB

An unnecessarily lengthy process for a small sized company with unclarity on what they are looking for in the candidate. COO has a know it all attitude, and doesn't have a broad mindset when it comes to understanding the concept of transferable skills.
