I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Roadhouse Interactive (Vancouver, BC) in Jun 2016
Interview
Applied online, got email from HR within 3 days, told me the time for phone interview, phone interview was next day and was very basic that I passed right away because HR didn't know what they are talking about, scheduled group interview right away for the following day but didn't confirm even though promised to email back. Had to follow up to get the actual confirmation. Group interview lasted 1 hour and questions were only about the design and the future of gaming, it seemed the team was fishing for ideas. HR was very nice with communication and followups, very sweet, but in the end, informed they are pausing the search, etc, seemed like a bs / trying to be nice. Overall, it was ok, just should keep hopes to the bare minimum.

Interview
I applied online, I was quickly emailed by the HR team who went through a few questions about my experience and told me more information about the role. I then came in to meet the teams and it was great chatting about how my skills could help them. It was a mix of experience and technical style questions. Really personable hiring managers that put me at ease right away. We went through my portfolio and they gave me helpful feedback as well. Really good experience

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Roadhouse Interactive (Vancouver, BC) in Aug 2015
Interview
Applied through company website, didn't get any response for a month, till one fine day they emailed me to come in for an Interview.
They then took a hasty interview, the leads were all busy. They asked one technical question and left, without even letting me complete my answer, this was quite an annoying and dis-respectful way of interviewing. No one was even interested in hearing the answer, the person who asked, got up and left the room while he was talking to me because he was called for some imp work. Why do they even interview when they don't have the time for it?
More people came in and then left, the whole interview was done in less than 30 mins. They were all in a hurry.
After which they never responded back for another week, finally one of the HR people mentioned that they will let me know in the coming week. (So total of 4+1+1 weeks)
No reply to this day almost 8 weeks, horrible HR.
