Interview process is very thorough and heavily vetted. Be prepared with proven success in a sales role and have director level references because they will he checked. The recruiter conversation are very helpful (Damian) as are the conversations with the Regional Manager (Will). The conversation with the Director of Sales is where you will need to know your stuff number wise. Be prepared to be tested during this phone call. Fainted hearts need not apply. The process is designed to find the very best candidate for the role.

First step was a phone screen. Next I had a skype interview with the VP of Sales and the Outside Sales Director. Next you fill out an application as well as answer a questionnaire. In Person Interview followed up next, which included a role play.
