They made me show them how I wrapped furniture. Then had me pack a box. After they made me read the contract and talk about the things n the contract. They really want to see if you will do a good job protecting the customer items on there long distance move. Also, they want to make sure you can explain the paper work to the customer's to make sure the understand everything in the contract.
