Although the appointment seemed lost in the shuffle, Ernie seemed genuinely interested in getting a feel for my ability to do the job and fit into the culture. There was a second interview, which I believe was just part of their process because I pretty much knew I would be hired.

Sat down and asked a few questions 1 on 1. Definitely, just a formality in order to get the job. Super easy and casual. There were a few behavioral questions and questions about previous work experience.

Interview
The first interview is a phone interview. If they are interested they call you in for a second in person interview but you are actually hired and just there to fill out paperwork. The manager awkwardly watches you fill out a stack of papers and then asks what your favorite movie is. Very juvenile.
