Pretty standard, Phone screen, hiring manager interview, panel interview. Held on zoom, likely due to pandemic. If you are applying for a skill specific position, you may get a skills test.

Question 1
Very informal and relaxed. They want to know what attracts you to Rivian
Great team. Great process. 3-4 rounds depending on how they see fit. Questions, mostly on prior and current experience. Last round, they ask you to make a presentation on a couple of projects you might have worked on which are relevant to the role. Last round was around 4 hours.

7 rounds of Interviews
Mix of HR, Resume Deep Dives, System Design and Coding interviews (C++, CUDA, Python , Pytorch)
System Design Focus on autonomous driving for higher Levels of autonomy
Apply online through their company website. About 3 days later, I got an interview for a webinar. In the webinar a Rivian employee gives information in the company. There are like 30 people in that chat..ask questions there about benefits ect. You will have one interview with a recruiter. I heard back the next day with an offer.
