The first round was an online interview with the hiring manager, focusing mainly on my CV, background, and personality. This stage was designed to get a better understanding of my experiences and how they align with the role.
The second round was an in-person interview with two co-workers, where they presented live-case questions and scenarios, asking me to provide solutions to them. This was more practical and aimed at assessing my problem-solving abilities in real-time.
It took three weeks after the second round to receive the final result via email.
