Quick and simple interview with opportunities to ask questions and get a feel for the organization. Interviewers familiarized themselves with my resume beforehand and questions were more used to elaborate on my experiences.

Can you describe a situation in which you had to deescalate an agitated patient and what techniques did you use?
Very standard questions asked. Interview process was easy. Why are you interested in behavioral health? What would you contribute to this team? The interviewer was respectful and the entire process was quick.

Interview
Good. Valid questions were asked pertaining to my experience. The interviewer was professional. The interview was goal directed. But there were details about the benefits that were completely left out and no explanation of holiday paid time off. It would have been nice to know what to expect as far as work and the days off you get for the holiday. The interview was fair otherwise and I thought the interviewer was well educated. The overall experience was ok.
