My overall interview experience was disappointing due to a lack of professionalism from both the HR team and the interviewer.
The interview was initially scheduled at a specific time, and I joined the panel promptly. However, there was no proper coordination from the HR or interviewer. After waiting for a few minutes, HR informed me that the interview would need to be rescheduled.
During the next scheduled interview, the interviewer joined, greeted me, and I began introducing myself. After about two minutes, he mentioned that he had other meetings and requested to reschedule again.
In the final round, the interviewer joined and asked only two brief questions. The interaction felt rushed and lacked engagement. Even when I asked if he had any questions for me or if I could clarify anything further, there was minimal response or discussion.
Overall, the process felt unorganized and unprofessional, which left a negative impression of the team and the company’s interview coordination.
