Fast, which I like. However, the level of ego coming from the people I interviewed with was quite concerning and shows something about their internal culture. In hindsight, I should have done more research on Glassdoor and found that this culture/ego issue is common feedback among interviewees. The interviewers were also quite cold and gave a "I'm better than you/ our company is the best" feeling. I think they have great product/market fit and the company outlook is very promising, but there's only a certain amount of drama I'm willing with work with.
